Using newly-evolving print-on-demand technology, we created an account opening holder’s manual which would:
- replace the bulk of material received upon opening an account with a financial institution with one bound booklet - from confirmations to agreements, envelopes and disclosures
- customize relevant information to the customer and allow for cross-selling
- enhance customer experience by clearly highlighting the contents and steps required
- provide a consistent image among documents
- avoid duplicates when more than one product was acquired
- afford the company substantial savings
