Country's challenge was to
design a statement that provided
information on a customer's
lifetime needs, so as to further
educate and advise him/her
about unseen potentials and
lapses in their investment strategy.
We proposed a consolidated statement, which:

illustrated the customer's
entire relationship with the
bank – both at a summary
level (as shown at right)
and with account detail - clearly identified lapses in the customer's investment strategy
-
enlightened smaller customers
by showing the 'big picture'
via 5 areas of need (Income; Retirement and Savings;
College Savings; Property; Insurance; and Health) -
educated the non-savvy by providing visual charts and
bulleted notes throughout the statement, that are easy to understand
