Countrys challenge was to educate customers on lifetime needs – while marketing a wider variety of products.
We proposed a statement which:
- showcased the customers entire relationship with the bank
- identified lapses in the customers investment strategy via 5 areas of potential lifetime needs
(Income, Retirement & Savings, College Savings, Property, and Health)
- provided visual charts and bulleted notes throughout the statement
- facilitated cross-selling and marketing of Country Financial's other products
